Before the event: staff and pre-attendee kit

Staff apparel is the single most under-planned detail at conferences. Coordinate shirts, outerwear, badges and lanyards for every person working the booth, not just whoever you remember two days before.

For key accounts or registered VIP attendees, a pre-show pack with a branded notebook, agenda item and a small handwritten card gets a response that cold emails never will.

During the event: tier the touchpoints

Tier one – every attendee walking past: a lightweight, non-embarrassing handout with your URL. It needs to be compact because their bag is already full.

Tier two – qualified booth conversations: a nicer item worth accepting because it is genuinely useful. A premium drinkware piece, a properly printed journal, a clean tech accessory.

Tier three – serious meetings: a selected item presented inside custom or semi-custom packaging. This is the gift that stays on their desk after the show floor closes.

After the event

Post-show follow-up packs work. Send a short run of branded items to the meetings that mattered, with a personal note referencing the conversation, within 72 hours. The recall value is disproportionately high.

Event programmes are one deadline-driven project with many moving parts. Brief us on the event date, audience and venues and we will build the complete merchandise plan around it.
